Imperial Warfare is a free-to-play real-time browser game in which players mix careful planning, crafty battle tactics, and businesssavvy to achieve online world domination for Egypt, Persia, China, or Rome amidstthe pressure cooker of constant total war.

The women and men caught in this mercilessbloodbath often find that they can gain together what one cannot hope to achievealone, and that the only way to survive is to band into guilds to organizeplunder raids, protect their own borders, and seize neutral cities called WorldWonders during regularly scheduled battle times.

In addition to orchestrating frequent andintense guild wars, players are also charged with urban development, militarycommand, foreign relations, and the cultivation of gradually maturing and highlyindividualized warriors, priests, and merchants in their own polities.
